Live Art Camp International Panel

Posted on November 2, 2014

I am pleased to be able to present as part of this inspiring live art project facilitate with Culture Europe money. I have been closely involved with this project since its inception and am pleased to see it come home to Melbourne to directly benefit local artists and hopefully by implication, audiences.

The International Panel brings together the expertise of locally, nationally and internationally focused artists and producers to share their experiences, and discuss contexts and models in the international arena. Artists participating in the panel are: Jude Anderson, Punctum Inc (Mons 2015), Nicola Gunn, Sans Hotel (Festival de Keuze, Dublin Theatre Festival Sept/Oct 2014), Suzanne Kersten and Julian Rickert, one step at a time like this (London Cultural Olympiad, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre commission 2014), Katerina Kokkinos-Kennedy and Melanie Jame Wolf, Triage (Hotel Obscura, European Commission collaboration grant 2013). The producers are: Sophie Travers and Australia Council International Development Manager for Europe; Angharad Wynne-Jones, Creative Producer, Art House; and independent producer Kara Ward.

The event was summarised in The Daily Review by Humphrey Bower here- http://dailyreview.crikey.com.au/postcard-from-perth-via-melbournes-live-art-camp/15428?utm_source=The+Rundown&utm_campaign=f711f6bfa1-The_Rundown_Friday_14_November14_11_2014&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_33b9e8bf4f-f711f6bfa1-81028109
